Gary and Janet Littlefield
Licensed in SC & GA
Meet the Littlefield's, Janet and Gary. In 1987 they made the decision that a two career family with small children wasn't working for them. Janet resigned her position as an Air Traffic Controller Assistant to be a stay at home mother. Gary continued his career as an Air Traffic Controller and received his real estate license from the state of Florida in 1987. Within two years he was the second highest salesperson in an office of fifteen people. After a transfer to Atlanta he started to market real estate in Georgia. By using creative new techniques, instead of just placing a sign in the yard, his business took off. In 2003 Janet obtained her real estate license. Janet and Gary work as a team to provide outstanding service to their clients.
Being in the United States Air Force and a 28 year career with the Federal Aviation Administration has provided them with first hand knowledge of the difficulties associated with relocating. They have lived in eight different states and have over sixteen moves behind them. After retiring from the F.A.A. they decided to put down roots in Oconee County. To them, next to Monterey, California, The Upstate of South Carolina is the most scenic place they have lived. Water, mountains and golf: It's all here.
Janet and Gary offer experience in the buying and selling process. They also offer a very important service: Time. It takes time to explore a new area and it takes time and planning to market a house properly. Over 90% of the homes they have placed on the market have sold. Almost every buyer they have introduced to the Upstate area has purchased or plans to purchase when the time comes to move.
Whether buying or selling, call or email Gary or Janet and they will give you the time and information you need to help you make the right decision about your next move. You'll be glad you did.
