A native to the area and graduate of Clemson University with 15 years of sales and marketing experience, Cynthia began her real estate career in the windy city of Chicago, December of 2000, with 12 inches of snow on the ground. Traveling nationwide with a property management firm specializing in new construction and stalled properties, Cynthia lived on the West Coast, the Midwest, both North and Southeast. “I loved the experience of living around the country but soon realized that my native area was truly what I missed the most-there’s simply no other place like the upstate of SC.” Cynthia now lives in historic Pendleton and enjoys spending free time with her family.
